Question 1

Use these meanings: show up means arrive, break down means stop working, come in means enter, get up means leave bed, look after means care for, deal with means handle, run out of means have no more, and get over means recover. Sort each phrasal verb by whether it needs an object.

Question 2

Use take off to mean remove clothing and wake up to mean make someone stop sleeping. All of these need an object; sort them by where that object can go.

Each sentence uses a pronoun object with a separable phrasal verb. Sort the word order.
